Federal Individual Tax Returns

Form 1040

  • Single / Married Filing Separately — $175 & Up

  • Head of Household — $225 & Up

  • Married Filing Jointly — $275 & Up

 

Basic Form 1040 Includes

  • One (1) W‑2

  • Filing status only (no dependents)

  • Standard deduction

  • No credits, adjustments, or additional income

  • No additional schedules or supporting forms

  • No IRS or state notices

  • No prior‑year issues or corrections

 

Anything outside the above is considered additional and will result in extra fees.

Additional Federal Schedules & Forms (Commonly Used)

  • Schedule A (Itemized Deductions) — $75 & Up

  • Schedule C (Self‑Employed / Independent Contractor / Single‑Member LLC) — $350 & Up

  • Schedule D / Form 8949 (Capital Gains & Investments) — $100 & Up

  • Schedule E (Rental Properties) — $300 & Up for one property

    • Additional charges apply for multiple properties

 

State Tax Returns

  • State Tax Return — $100 & Up

 

Estates & Trusts

  • Form 1041 — $350 & Up

  • Additional States — $100 each

 

Tax Advising • Tax Planning • Tax Research • Audit Assistance

$300 per hour, billed in 15‑minute increments

Includes tax planning, tax strategy, research and written analysis, IRS and state correspondence, audit and notice assistance, and ongoing consultations.

Calls, emails, and texts outside of tax return preparation are billed under this service.

 

Tax preparation does not include ongoing advisory unless explicitly stated.

Additional Disclosures

  • Fees are not contingent upon refund amount

  • Amended returns, prior‑year filings, bookkeeping cleanup, and notice resolution are billed separately

  • All fees are disclosed prior to electronic filing

  • The forms and schedules listed above are commonly filed. Additional forms, schedules, supporting documentation, or additional services required for your return are subject to additional fees

Certain tax law changes for the current filing year, including provisions of the OBBBA (One Big Beautiful Bill Act), may be subject to pending IRS guidance. Additional forms, disclosures, or analysis required as a result may result in additional fees.
